This class is combined with chair yoga for an all around relaxing experience.

At our workshops we pride ourselves on our holistic approach to health & wellness. We concentrate on movement, aromatic oils, nutrition, and mindfulness to stimulate the connections both in the body and the brain. We strive to make these retreats both revitalising and energising.

online FACIAL YOGA
A four week course focusing on the facial muscles and skin care. We will work on different facial muscles helping with frown lines, jaw lines and those pesky lines above our lips. a lot of the movements we will use are those that I use in the treatment room . We will also discuss caring for our skin .
Classes commence October 2025.
Cost 48 euro.
